By way of tooting my own horn (and whose horn should one really toot but his own?),
I am scheduled to be the guest on "Poets' Pause" on Berks Community Television (BCTV) on Wednesday, June 10th at 7:00 PM. I doubt that many (if any) of you can receive BCTV via your television service, but the program is supposedly shown simultaneously by podcast, available at their website: http://www.bctv.org/. If that doesn't work, their archives (available at same site) contain podcasts of the various shows on their schedule, so the show could be watched sometime after the original broadcast. I've been able to watch a few of this year's "Poets' Pause" offerings and they've had some fine poets as guests.

If the format stays the same, I'll be reading a number of my poems and will be interviewed, in this case by guest host Pat Klimcho. He and I have participated in readings at the Manayunk Art Center (for the Schuylkill Valley Journal) as well as for the launch of the most recent issue of Up & Under: The QND Review.

So, keep your fingers crossed that I'm not stricken with a case of laryngitis, Tourette's Syndrome, St. Vitus Dance or other embarrassing or debilitating affliction or compulsion.
