Greetings from Jacksonville, FL my sweet Media Mad Poets! I have self-published two little books(wallet-photo sized) with photos and haiku. You can find them on Lulu (but they make you buy 4 of each ie $20/4 books) or go to my page on AuthorsDen and you can buy them individually from me for $5 each

Ooohh!!! I love this shameless self-promotion. I just found this blog on the Mad Poets website. This is fantabulous, Autumn!
I've written a feature-length romantic comedy screenplay that keeps pestering me to put it up on the big silver screen right now! It's female-driven and features a greedy villain, accounting fraud, homeless people who haven't lost their senses of humor or zest for life, our heroine -- a Georgette-Plimpton-type, her romantic interest -- a handsome, wealthy, but shy entrepreneur with eccentric parents and lovable but unmanageable high-tech employees, plenty of opportunity for a great soundtrack, and some steamy, romantic scenes.
It's in the screwball tradition but thoroughly contemporary.
The Universe Is On My Side. That's the title as well as my mantra.
Anyone with connections, or suggestions for connections, with potential financiers, producers and other essential collaborators -- please let me know!
P.S. - Under no circumstances enter the Mad Poets 2009 poetry contest; I just mailed my entry today and I don't want the stiff competition from all of you Mad Poets out there.
