Autumn Konopka has extensive professional experience in fundraising and communications for grassroots, community-based, and arts nonprofits. As a poet, Autumn has published work in several journals, and she is deeply interested in the relationship between the arts and socioeconomic class. Autumn has hosted the Mad Poets monthly reading series in Bryn Mawr, PA, for about five years and has managed the organization's website.  Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Autumn has an M.F.A. in creative writing from Antioch University and a B.A. in English writing and communications from the University of Pittsburgh. She has read her poetry throughout the region, including performances on World Café Live, WXPN 88.1, WHAT 1340 A.M. “Skin Radio”, Café Improv, a television arts program in the Princeton, NJ area, the Philadelphia Fringe Festival and the 215 Festival.
