Deidra Greenleaf Allan has been published in American Poetry Review, Haibun Today.com, Poetry Miscellany, Puerto del Sol, West Branch, Umbrella, and Wind Magazine, among other print and online journals. She received her undergraduate degree from Temple University and an MFA in creative writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts. In 2001she was selected as Montgomery County Poet Laureate in a competition judged by Robert Hass. She has received a Leeway Emerging Artist Award and been a finalist for a Pew Fellowship in poetry.  Her poem “Apostrophe to the Living” was selected in 2012 by Musehouse as its Poem of Hope poster.

 A retired Philadelphia Public Defender, Richard S. Bank’s new poetry book, Testations, a collection of poems about his many experiences as an attorney, was recently released by Moonstone Press.  He was a Seven Arts PBS poet and has won many awards including the International Merit in Poetry Award from the Atlanta Review and Honorable Mention in the Scheirman Award Competition. He has read and published widely in magazines including the Paterson Literary Review, Atlanta Review, Mad Poets Review, Schuylkill Valley Journal, and others. He won workshops and studied with two Pulitzer Prize winning poets, Yusef Kumenyatta and Jorie Graham.
