Mary R. Finnegan is a nurse, writer, and freelance editor living in Philadelphia. Her work can be found in Ekstasis, American Journal of Nursing, Catholic Digest, Lydwine, and elsewhere. Mary leads writing workshops for Catholic Literary Arts and has given speeches on the Catholic Imagination and the Arts, poetry, and Classical Education. Her writing can also be found at mary.finnegan.substack.com.
David P. Kozinski’s original manuscript of I Hear It the Way I Want It to Be (2022, Kelsay Books) was a finalist for the Inlandia (California) Institute’s Hillary Gravendyke Prize. Tripping Over Memorial Day was published by Kelsay in 2017. His chapbook, Loopholes, won the Dogfish Head Poetry Prize. Kozinski is Poet-in-Residence at Rockwood Park and Museum in New Castle County, Delaware. He was the 2018 Delaware Division of the Arts Established Professional Poetry Fellow. He serves on the boards of the Eastern Shore Writers Association, the Manayunk-Roxborough Art Center and the Editorial Board of Philadelphia Stories magazine, and is Art Editor for Schuylkill Valley Journal.
