Unfortunately, due to inclement weather and to the resulting poor conditions in the campsite area, we decided to cancel the Mad Poets Bonfire scheduled for this evening. Sorry for the inconvenience. We hope to see you all there next year.
Directions:
Enter the park through the entrance on Gradyville Road. It is the entrance near the park offices, stables, multi-purpose trail, and the mansion. The entrance has a STOP sign, and a sign at the entrance reads “Sandy Flash Drive South.”
Go straight, past the stables, mansion, and multi-purpose trail, Follow signs for picnic areas.
After a little distance, you will come to an intersection. Turn right to follow the sign for ‘Picnic Areas 11, 12, and 13.’
Go straight, and you will see a gate with a sign next to it for “Organized Group Tent Area 13.”
Once through the gate, the road will split. Go right, and follow the one way road to a parking area. You can park here.
On the right will be a walking path that will take you past restrooms and to the site for the event.
